AMAN CENTER CONTINUES TO OFFER 24-HOUR TELESERVICES
The Center for Protection and Social Rehabilitation (AMAN) under the umbrella of Qatar Foundation for Social Work continues to provide its teleservices to its customers, by calling the hotline number (919) and providing electronic advice through the use of the mobile application 'Consult Aman', a dedicated electronic application To provide consultation sought for women free of charge, whether social, legal or psychological counseling, or through the use of the mobile application 'Help Me' which is a child-specific application to report any abuse to the child, as the center also provides its services through the website and social media platforms, as well as through WhatsApp 33850022 -24 hours a day.
The Center has decided to suspend the direct attendance of its headquarters and all its external offices from this week, March 15 until further notice, and will also cancel all pre-recorded appointments and coordinate with customers by communicating with them remotely. These measures are part of the precautionary measures to reduce the transmission of the new corona virus and to ensure the safety of the community members where the center is keen to provide the best services to its target groups of women and children in accordance with professional standards in order to protect them'.
It is worth mentioning that the Center for Protection and Social Rehabilitation (Aman) means protecting and rehabilitating children and women (victims of violence and family breakdown) and reintegrating them into society.
